CFPS has negaged a volunteer to author and publish a book on Campton Township History based on the works and publications of Lucinda Muirhead Corron. Adam Gibbons has volunteered his time and talent to pursue and complete this project with Arcadia Publishing. He reports that the manuscript is almost complete and ready to edit.
Adam Gibbons also has recently authored, The Founders and Early History of Geneva, Kane County, Illinois:
Volume I - Beginnings to 1837.
Adam agreed that CFPS does not have to pay for his expenses and services in return for a 50% share of any publication royalties from the sale of the book. He has done all the legwork, research and writing on his own.
